Junk Titan is a paid service that offers full-service junk removal. That means that everything is included in the price; picking up items from wherever they’re located, loading the items into the truck, sweeping up the area when we’re done, and any associated disposal or recycling fees. We’ll give you a single, up-front price before we get to work, and that’s the price you’ll pay once we’re done—no surprises! All you have to do is point, and we’ll make your junk disappear!
We want to make sure we give you an accurate price, and since we price based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see your items in person before we can give you a final price. As soon as the friendly, uniformed team arrives, they’ll take a look at all of the items you want to have removed and provide an exact price before starting the work. We only complete the job if you are happy with the price, so if you choose not to proceed, just say the word and we’ll be on our way.
Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. Our trucks are about the same size as 7 pickup truck loads. Pricing starts at a minimimum, single item rate of $150. That is for a single item like a loveseat. If it's more than one item it works its way up through different price points to a full truckload rate. That's if you fill our truck up completely.
We provide all the labor no matter where your items are located. Our prices include the fees we pay at the recycling center or disposal center. We are also fully insured and locally owned. You'll receive a firm, no-obligation quote upfront, so you will know the exact cost before we start the job.
We can’t give you an exact price over the phone. Since we typically price based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see the items in person before we can give you an exact price. For some single item removals, we can give you an exact price before the appointment, but for most jobs the exact price will be given when we arrive to the site.
We accept in state checks and major credit cards. Payment is only processed once the job is complete.
Tips are by no means expected or obligatory when using our service. However, we know our teams greatly appreciate them! If you feel like they did a great job, feel free to tip as you see fit.
On the day of your appointment with us, our friendly, uniformed truck team members will give you a call 15-30 minutes before the start of your two hour arrival window. They’ll say hi, let you know what time they plan to arrive, and confirm any other details about your appointment if needed.

Yes we are able to get the job done even if you aren't home, as long as the items are easily accessible and the team can take payment over the phone or by emailing you an invoice.
Yes! We are happy to provide our customers with No Contact Junk Removal. Our No Contact Junk Removal service allows us to remove items without direct contact to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers and our teams.
The items we most often help people get rid of are mattresses, couches, other types of furniture, and electronics. We can take pretty much anything that two people can lift and load, as long as it's not toxic or hazardous. We can remove your items from wherever they’re located, whether it’s your garage, backyard, attic, or anywhere else—all you have to do is point!
Generally, we aren’t able to take anything toxic or hazardous, and are also unable to take car or truck chassis. Here are a few items we typically do not accept:

Storage & Oil Drums (unless empty and top & bottom cut out)
Oil & Waste Storage Tanks
We do not remove paint or other liquids of any kind.
Absolutely! We take big items all the time. As long as it can be lifted and loaded into the truck by two people, we'll be happy to take it away for you!
Our goal is always to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of the landfill by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
We provide services to the following areas: Traverse City, Leelanau, Benzie, Honor, Frankfort, Cadillac, Kalkaska, Kingsley, Acme and all of Northwest Michigan
Our rates include 40 round trip miles from Traverse City. Any additional mileage will be assessed at $3.00/mile
Yes, we're fully licensed and insured! We have insurance covering damages to both persons and property for every single booking.
